[LLC LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us"), an Indiana limited liability company, operates Lunar Elk at [WEBSITE URL] (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information the Site handles and what choices you have.

1. What the Site collects

The Site is a static website. It has no accounts, comment sections, contact forms, newsletter signup or store, and we do not run analytics, advertising pixels or session-recording tools.

Email you send usYour email address and whatever you writeYou, if you email us at the address on the About pageTo respond to you and keep a record of the conversation

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health, biometric, precise location or government ID data.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, secure and improve the Site
  • To reply to messages you send us
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

3. Embedded video and third-party links

Some pages can show videos from YouTube (via youtube-nocookie.com) or streams from Twitch. These do not load until you press the button on the embed, so merely visiting a page does not send your data to them. When you do load one, your browser connects to that provider, which may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. See the Cookie & Tracking Notice. Links to YouTube, Twitch, Discord and other sites take you to services we do not control.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that host and deliver the Site ([HOSTING PROVIDER]) and, if you email us, our email provider.
  • Authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
  • A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Retention

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including Indiana, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states), you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising (which we do not do), and appeal a refusal. We extend these rights to all U.S. visitors.

To make a request, email [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will verify your identity by matching details you give us to our records and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by up to 45 days with notice). If we deny a request you may appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject; we will answer within [60] days. If your appeal is denied you may contact the Indiana Attorney General's Office (www.in.gov/attorneygeneral) or your own state's Attorney General.

The Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Because it does not sell, share or use your data for targeted advertising, Global Privacy Control signals have nothing further to turn off.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use safeguards suited to the limited data involved, including HTTPS, restrictive security headers and a static site with no database or login. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs we will notify you and regulators as required by law, including Indiana's requirement to notify affected residents without unreasonable delay and within 45 days of discovery.

9. Changes

We will post changes here and update the dates above. For material changes we will add a prominent notice to the Site before they take effect.
